Because our items are handmade, expect slight variations in size, color, and finish—that is what makes them special. All orders are subject to listed prices, applicable taxes, and shipping fees. While we aim for prompt delivery, carrier delays can happen. All sales are final. If a piece arrives damaged in transit, email us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos for a replacement or refund. Custom and wedding pieces are final sale. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.
